Nowadays we are all busy in life. So we are staying in the office or work all day. There is a lot of mental exertion. But physical exertion is not. Or we do very little physical work. As a result, our body gradually becomes a  fat body. Normal metabolism is disrupted. various diseases occur in our bodies. So we need to eat healthy food and get enough sleep. As well as we need to do any physical exertion. Excess calories are not wasted by the body without physical activity. As a result, fat accumulates in different parts of the body and we become fat. Which can lead to diseases like heart disease or diabetes. So we should do some exercise every day. 

Today I would talk to you about the treadmill.  It is great fitness equipment. But there are many limitations to its use. However, it has several good aspects. It is easy to use. You can running and walk also, on the treadmill. It can be easily used in the gym or at home.
